Determines the current and future needs of the organization for personnel.

Studies the labor market, establishes direct connections with educational institutions, service

employment, recruitment agencies.

Receives employees regarding their hiring, transfer, and dismissal.

Ensures timely processing of hiring, transfer and

dismissal of workers in accordance with labor legislation, local

regulations, orders of the general director of Romashka LLC.

Organizes personnel records, storage and filling out work books,

maintaining and storing established personnel documentation, issuing employment certificates

activities of employees, as well as preparation of materials for presenting workers

to incentives and awards, to disciplinary action

violators of labor discipline.

Provides paperwork for assigning pensions to employees or

their families and submits the necessary documents to the social protection authorities

population.

Systematically studies the placement and use of specialists, as well as

business qualities of employees for the purpose of selecting personnel to fill vacant positions

management positions, creating a reserve for promotion.

Participates in organizing internships for young specialists, as well as work

certification, competition and qualification commissions and ensures registration

necessary materials according to their decisions.

Monitors the implementation by heads of structural divisions

organization of decisions made regarding personnel issues. Analyzes the reasons for staff turnover, develops measures to

strengthening labor discipline, reducing staff turnover, worker losses

time, monitors their implementation.

Monitoring compliance by employees of the labor organization

discipline, their compliance with internal labor regulations.
