Find out what amounts the state will allocate for the restoration of heating systems in Ekibastuz, Pavlodar and Aksu

06/12/2024

The government announced a new program for the construction and reconstruction of heating networks in Pavlodar, Ekibastuz and Aksu. 9 billion tenge has been allocated for this purpose. According to the instructions of the head of state on comprehensive modernization of housing and communal infrastructure, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov approved the allocation of 9 billion tenge from the reserve fund for these projects.

Construction of the TM-13 heating main with a length of 2.5 kilometers is planned in Pavlodar, for which 3.6 billion tenge will be spent. This project will provide stable heat supply to apartment buildings in the area of Pavlov, Shevchenko and Katayev Streets, where 41.5 thousand people live. In Ekibastuz, sections of the TM-1 and TM-3 highways with a total length of about 4 kilometers are subject to reconstruction, which will cost the same 3.6 billion tenge. It is planned to connect new residential complexes, social institutions and small business facilities covering more than 2 thousand people. The remaining 1.8 billion tenge will be spent on updating the 4.3-kilometer-long intra-district heating networks in Aksu serving microdistricts No. 3,5 and 8.Over the past two years, more than 40 gusts have occurred in these areas, and the reconstruction will provide high-quality heat supply for over 1.5 thousand local residents, representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers said.

According to the Akimat of Pavlodar region, today the length of heating networks is: in Pavlodar — 828.1 kilometers with wear of 82.8%; in Ekibastuz-422.5 kilometers with wear of 90.7%; in Aksu-99.1 kilometers with wear of 59%. The technical survey revealed four areas with the highest level of wear and tear, requiring urgent repairs.

Recall that on May 15, Ekibastuz introduced a local emergency mode of a man-made nature. The Mayor's office reported that this will speed up the financing and start of repair work. The problem occurred at the main sewer collector of the city, where the pipeline silted up due to long-term operation. Later, during hydraulic tests of heating networks, a pharmacy and courtyards of apartment buildings were flooded. In Pavlodar in October last year, a few days after the start of the heating season, an accident occurred on the quarter heating network, as a result of which a fountain appeared on the street. Last week, it became known that in Pavlodar, public utilities began work on the reconstruction of a worn-out water supply system with a length of 1000 meters.
