According to the information portal «Government for Citizens», public real estate services are temporarily unavailable in Kazakhstan. The initial shutdown took place from Friday evening to Sunday. Nevertheless, the work continued and was extended for another day in connection with the joint state cadastre of real estate on the new information system «Unified State Cadastre of Real Estate» (EGKN).
According to representatives of state organizations, in the coming days there is a possibility of technical problems at real estate services due to commissioning. Currently, information is being transferred from the Land Cadastre (AIS GZK) to the new system.
Due to the temporary unavailability of public real estate services in Kazakhstan, it is difficult to register with PSC, eGov portal.kz and through the systems of notaries, tax authorities, banks and enforcement agencies of the Ministry of Justice. AIS GZK contains about 6 million information about the characteristics of registered land plots, including historical data that needs to be transferred, as well as about 18 million information about the registration of real estate rights that were transferred from the Real Estate Register (GBD RN).
Transferring data to the EGCN will speed up the procedure for obtaining rights to real estate up to 30 days and eliminate the need to present unnecessary documents, such as the act of choice, land management project and commission protocols. In addition, the state certificate and the technical passport will be combined into a single cadastral passport of the real estate object.
