My name is Alexander, I am a beginner massage therapist, I have received training and practical knowledge in several massage *******s.
Cans (vacuum) and Classic ones work well (they are common and more effective). I have also studied other types, but for one reason or another I don’t practice them. I can also do Thai (for stretching) and Lymphatic drainage, Relaxing.
Classic - (part of the body and the whole, up to 1:30 hours, requires an individual approach, it also asks: to stretch places that hurt, pull, cold hands, feet) here I often use techniques from other types of massage.
Cupping (vacuum) is a strict type of massage, useful and effective.
Thai (for stretching) - done with clothes on.
Lymphatic drainage – strict massage.

For hygiene purposes, I ask you to prepare two sheets and two bath towels, one (for the face). We also need a room where ***** can put a couch and walk around it.
