Repair of electric motors

We carry out overhaul and current repairs, as well as service maintenance of electric machines of direct and alternating current, with power from 0.75 kW to 22,000 kW, voltage up to 10.5 kV, including those of foreign production. The main stages of electric motor repair: • Assembly, disassembly of the electric motor, • Elimination of damage to the stator active steel, • Re-insulation, manufacture and installation of stator windings, • Replacement of insulating parts, • Repair of rotors (phase, squirrel-cage, synchronous), • Repair and replacement of mechanical components and parts (shafts, bearing shields), • Replacement of bearings, refilling of plain bearings, • Repair of DC electrical machine armature, • Collector repair, replacement of DC machine armature collectors, • Restoration of stator winding sections from old-year copper, • Production of stator winding sections from new copper, • Repair of brush-contact devices, • High-voltage tests and measurements. The company carries out repair work at the installation site, as well as at the production base.
