Pumps K, 1K, KM console

The scope of application of K and 1K centrifugal cantilever pumps is the movement of clean water, cold or hot (maximum heating - 105 ° C). The configurations give the devices their name: the impeller is installed on the end of the shaft, remote from the engine (console). The pump mechanism and the electric motor are mounted on a single frame (platform). The devices are produced in both general industrial and explosion-proof designs, as well as for various climatic zones. Cantilever pumps are used to pump clean water: cold from 0 to + 85 o C or hot up to + 105 o C.
The temperature of the pumped liquid depends on the seal type:
from 0 to + 85 ° C - with a single gland seal;
from 0 to + 105 ° C - with a double gland seal;
from 0 to + 140 ° C - with a single mechanical seal. The purpose of console pumps: Pumping clean water (except sea water) with pH=6-9, temperature from 273 to 378 K (from 0 to 105 °C) and other liquids similar to water in density, viscosity and chemical activity, containing solid inclusions up to 0.2 mm in size, the volume concentration of which does not exceed 0.1%. Material of flow part parts: gray cast iron. The main area of application of console monoblock pumps KM is the movement of clean water, cold or hot (maximum heating - 120 °C). Liquid acidity (pH) should be in the range from 6 to 9. The devices are not suitable for sea water. The units owe their name to the configuration: the impeller is mounted on the end of the shaft, remote from the engine (console). The pump mechanism and the electric motor are mounted in a monoblock, the pump casing is connected to the drive flange by means of a lantern. Digital designations in the marking of the devices correspond to the main characteristics. For example, the KM 65 50 160 pump has an input nominal size of 65 mm, an output of 50 mm and a wheel diameter of 160 mm. The KM 80 50 200 pump has 80, 50 and 200 mm, respectively. Electric pumps are manufactured:

for KM with a single gland seal - for pumping liquids up to +85°C;

for KM with a mechanical seal - for pumping liquids up to +120°C.

for 1KM50 and 1KM65 - for pumping liquids from to +85°C

for 1KM80 and 1KM100 - for pumping liquids up to +105°C.

The electric pumps are used in water supply and heating systems of industrial and residential premises.

Class of protection of electric pumps against electric shock I GOST 12.2.007.0-75. Electric pumps are classified as type I products (repairable) according to GOST 27.003-90. Climatic version U, placement category 3.1 according to GOST 15150-69.

Electric pumps are not intended for installation in explosive and fire hazardous areas.
