CNS pumps are designed for pumping water with a hydrogen index of pH 7-8.5, a temperature of up to +45 ° C, with a mass fraction of mechanical impurities of no more than 0.1%, a solid particle size of no more than 0.1 mm with a microhardness of no more than 1.47 GPa. They are used in cold water supply systems of industrial, administrative and residential facilities; in drainage systems of coal mines; in systems for feeding water into oil-bearing formations.
The CNSg pumps are designed for pumping water with a pH of 7-8.5, a temperature of up to +105°C, with a mass fraction of mechanical impurities of no more than 0.1%, a solid particle size of no more than 0.1 mm, and a microhardness of no more than 1.47 GPa. They are used in hot water supply systems of industrial, administrative and residential facilities.
The CNSp pumps are designed for pumping water and other non-aggressive and non-flammable liquids with a pH of 7-9.2, a temperature of up to +120°C, with a mass fraction of mechanical impurities of no more than 0.1% and a solid particle size of no more than 0.1 mm. They are used to supply water to low- and medium-power steam boilers, in pressure boosting units, in industrial installations, during the construction of public and residential buildings, to ensure the circulation of hot and cold water.
The CNSm pumps are designed to pump turbine oil T22 GOST 32-74 with a temperature range from +2 to +60°C. They are used in oil systems of turbogenerators to supply oil to sealing bearings.
The CNS pumps are designed for pumping watered (up to 90%) gas-saturated and commercial oil with a temperature from 0 to +45°C with a density of 700-1050 kg/m³, a kinematic viscosity of no more than 1.5*10-4 m²/s, having a hydrogen index pH of 7-8.5, a saturated vapor pressure of no more than 665 hPa, a gas content (volume) of no more than 3%, paraffin no more than 20%, with a content of mechanical impurities with a solid particle size of up to 0.2 mm and a microhardness of 1.47 hPa - no more than 0.2%. Pumping oil with a temperature of up to +60°C is allowed, provided that the bearings have a forced cooling system. They are used in in-field oil collection and transportation systems.
