CG pumps

The CG pumps are characterized by a high level of tightness and are used in industries where it is important to prevent leakage of the pumped liquid or its vapors. They are in demand in chemical production, in the oil and gas industries, on process lines for transporting liquefied gases, toxic environments, chemically and explosive liquids. Tightness is ensured by a monoblock design, which implies the absence of seals, the presence of a "jacket" that allows cooling or heating of the medium, a thin-walled sleeve that protects the rotor windings. The pump operates on a centrifugal principle, the configuration is horizontal. The marking of the devices reflects the main parameters: for example, the CG 50-50 pump has a flow rate of 50 m3 / h and a pressure of 50 m. w. c. Design features of hermetic CG pumps:
