Deputy director required

Deputy Director for Capital Construction:

Ensures the implementation of capital construction work at the enterprise, the targeted and rational use of investment resources, directing funds for technical re-equipment and reconstruction of the enterprise, their concentration on start-up facilities, and reducing the volume of unfinished construction.

Leads the work to improve and reduce the cost of design and survey work, improve the organization of production and introduce progressive construction methods, reduce the costs of construction work and improve quality, as well as reduce the time required for their implementation.

Manages the development of long-term and current plans for capital construction, reconstruction and expansion of the enterprise, as well as plans for the commissioning of fixed production assets, areas and capacities, housing, communal and cultural facilities, drawing up applications for construction materials and equipment for newly commissioned facilities, title lists for construction, ensures the implementation of work specified in the title lists, reducing the payback period for capital investments.

Participates in the preparation of business plans in terms of technical re-equipment and production efficiency, in determining the necessary financial resources, including investors, for construction, design and acquisition of equipment, as well as sources of financing for capital investments, contractors for carrying out capital construction work in conditions market methods of management.

Takes measures to timely conclude economic and financial agreements with contractors for design, survey, construction and installation work, and with enterprises for the purchase of materials and equipment.
