Construction Expert Required

Carries out activities to establish a cause-and-effect relationship between defects in structures, buildings and structures and poor-quality design, construction, and operation of the object under examination. Establishes business contacts and conducts negotiations with customers in order to carry out work on the assessment of objects of civil rights. Draws up an expert opinion in writing and submits it to the customer in a timely manner. Reflects in the expert report the initial data and content of the methods used for a complete and unambiguous interpretation of the examination results. Ensures the safety of the compiled expert opinion for three years. Provides information from an expert opinion upon request of law enforcement agencies. Consults the customer on existing legislation on expert activities. Collects and systematizes data to create the information base necessary for expert activities, using all known methods for assessing the load-bearing capacity of buildings and structures in field and laboratory conditions.

Must know: laws and other regulatory legal acts in the field of urban planning; administrative, methodological and regulatory documents relating to expert activities; methods for quality control of construction, installation and other types of work; methods of testing building materials, products and structures; methods for calculating building structures using calculation programs.
