PROJECT TEAM LEAD REQUIRED

Manages a group of workers to create a complex project. Ensures work is completed on time. Participates in the development of long-term and annual plans for research and design work. Plans and coordinates the work of the team (group) to develop individual parts (sections) of the project or individual types of work and monitors the implementation of established tasks by each performer. Manages the development of programs, work methods, feasibility studies and calculations, cost estimates and contractual documentation, as well as the preparation of network and other schedules for organizing the implementation of the project, coordinates them with co-executors and interested institutions (organizations). Carries out work to find a rational layout of the structural elements of the project, ensures that the project complies with the technical specifications for the design, the correct choice of circuit diagrams of the complex, and a high level of standardization and unification of equipment. Monitors the quality and timeliness of preparation of technical documentation, compliance of equipment, components and materials adopted in the project with current standards and technical specifications. Carries out experimental testing and research of new design solutions, organizes work to substantiate the selected equipment parameters, determine the reliability and durability of the complex, and evaluates its patentability. Summarizes research materials, manages the preparation of scientific and technical reports on the stages of work and on the assignment as a whole. Manages the testing of designed equipment, carries out design supervision and provides technical assistance during its development and implementation. Organizes the execution of acts of transfer of the complex for industrial testing. Studies advanced domestic and foreign experience in performing similar work with a view to using it in design. Provides reviews and opinions on scientific and technical documentation received from third-party organizations, complex rationalization proposals and inventions, draft standards and technical specifications.

Must know: laws and other regulatory legal acts in the field of urban planning; administrative, methodological and regulatory documents concerning the direction of development of the construction industry and the topics of research and development carried out by the project group, assessing the quality of the projects being developed; technical requirements, conditions for installation and technical operation of the designed equipment; standards, technical specifications and other regulatory documents for the development and execution of technical documentation; methods of technical calculations; methods for drawing up feasibility studies for design developments; types of modern technical means for performing computational work; advanced domestic and foreign design experience; labor organization requirements during design; basics of standardization; basics of patent science; procedure for filing applications for inventions and discoveries; economics, organization of labor and production, fundamentals of labor legislation; labor safety rules.

Qualification requirements. Higher professional education in the specialty "Building Design" or higher professional education and professional retraining in professional activities; work experience in design or scientific and pedagogical work in the relevant field of knowledge for at least 5 years; advanced training at least once every 5 years and the availability of a qualification certificate for compliance with the position held.
