SECTOR (LABORATORY) HEAD REQUIRED

Job responsibilities. Manages the sector (laboratory) for conducting laboratory research. Plans the execution of work and processing of its results. Manages the development of programs for the objects being carried out, methods for performing work, the development of estimate and contractual documentation, calendar schedules of work on objects, coordinates them with performers and interested organizations. Carries out quality control and timeliness of preparation of technical documentation, compliance of the research (work) performed with current standards and technical conditions. Summarizes research (work) materials, manages the preparation of a technical report on the stages of work and on the task as a whole. Studies domestic and foreign experience in performing similar work with the aim of using it in the work of the unit. Provides feedback and conclusions on technical documentation received from third-party organizations, as well as on draft codes of practice and national standards for the department’s work profile.

Must know: laws and other regulatory legal acts in the field of urban planning; administrative, methodological and regulatory documents on the work and research carried out by the sector (laboratory); organization and production technology of work performed by the sector (laboratory), rules for assessing the quality of their implementation, technical requirements for them, modern types of hardware and software for performing specialized work; organization of labor and production; basics of labor legislation; labor safety rules.
