LAWYER REQUIRED

The lawyer is obliged to: check draft orders, instructions, regulations, standards and other legal acts of the organization, as well as participate in the preparation of these documents; change or repeal internal legal acts issued in violation of the law; participate in the preparation and conclusion of contracts with counterparties; advise employees and prepare opinions on legal issues arising in the organization; provide legal assistance to employees in dealing with claims, prepare and submit materials to the court; represent the interests of the organization in courts, state and public organizations; analyze the results of consideration of claims, court and arbitration cases; prepare materials on theft, embezzlement, shortages, production of substandard, non-standard and incomplete products, violations of environmental legislation and other offenses for transfer to investigative and judicial authorities, as well as take measures to compensate for the damage caused to the organization; identify debts requiring collection and ensure such collection.
