Appliance repairman

The instrument and equipment repair technician is assigned the following job responsibilities:

In accordance with the standard regulations on the organization's foreman, carries out management of the headed area for the repair of instruments and equipment.

Ensures proper technical condition of instruments and equipment, timely and high-quality implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

Implements measures to reduce the time and cost of repairing instruments and equipment, and to improve the quality of repairs.
Participates in the preparation of requests for materials and purchased products necessary to carry out work on the repair of instruments and equipment, monitors the provision of them to site workers and their rational use.

Introduces advanced systems and methods of repair work, sets standardized production tasks for teams and individual employees in accordance with approved plans and schedules for preventive maintenance.

Participates in the formation of teams, development and implementation of measures for their rational maintenance.

Controls the quality of work performed.

Analyzes the results of production activities, ensures the correct and timely execution of primary documents for recording working hours, output, and wages.

Carries out the selection of workers, their rational placement, and appropriate use.

Participates in the work of certification commissions and periodically testing the knowledge of maintenance and repair personnel.

Presents proposals for rewarding employees or imposing penalties, assigning qualification categories.

Organizes work to improve the skills of employees, monitors their compliance with labor protection and fire safety rules.
