I rent apartment for rent

We rent a 1-room apartment daily in Pavlodar, next to the railway and bus station, opposite Shanyrak.

Rent terms:

The apartment is strictly for couples and business travelers.
The yard is not available for drinking, partying and the entrance yard - in case of violation, eviction without refund (video surveillance in the vestibule).
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony (fine 10,000 tenge).
ALL CHEMICALS, Hookahs ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
The apartment is always clean and comfortable.
Prices:

two hours: 8,000 tenge, subsequent hours - 3,000 tenge,
per day: 19,000-23,000 tenge,
night: 17,000-20,000 tenge.
If the rental is for a long period, the prices are cheaper, an agreement is possible.

Check out time:

Night: until 09:00-10:00 (the rest is an additional charge),
24 hours: until 15:00-16:00 (the rest is an additional charge).
Prices may vary on holidays, weekends, depending on the day of the week and the number of days of stay. You can always reach an agreement.

Additional services:

Possibility of ordering a taxi from the airport and other points of the city.
If necessary, we provide all documents, including an electronic invoice.
