• Mainly used for air or water testing.
• Used to test sewers, drainage systems, pipelines and drains, they can be tested according to EN 1610:2015
• Suitable for testing these pipes according to this standard.
• Also used during technical support for repairs of sewers / pipelines / drainage systems / drains, to divert the flow through the bypass on them.
• Made of high quality special NR / SBR rubber reinforced with Kevlar tire (lighter, stronger and more puncture resistant). This material can be replaced by NBR, CR, EPDM materials according to customer and application requirements.
• Available for pipes from 35 mm (1.37 in) to 4200 mm (165.35 in) in diameter.
• Standard working pressure is 1.5 bar (21.75 psi) and 2.5 bar (36.25 psi). In addition to this, test and bypass plugs can be produced for testing pipes with higher working pressure.
• Called pneumatic test plugs, due to their inflatable characteristics, in addition to the above inflation/working pressures, they also have higher working pressures, such as 6.0 bar (87.02 psi) and 12.0 bar (174.04 psi), they are called high pressure test plugs.
• Suitable for temperatures from -40 °C (-40 °F) to 70 °C (158 °F).
• Resistant to environmental influences.
