A modern and highly efficient block vibrating machine can produce up to a thousand ready-made concrete blocks in one standard eight-hour work shift (the machine produces four blocks in one cycle). One or two workers will be enough to maintain the equipment, and due to its high performance, the block vibrating press will pay off in just one month of use.
Ease of operation and ease of maintenance make it possible to produce high-quality concrete products from any type of filler (screenings, expanded clay, sawdust, slag are usually used as fillers).
The vibropress machines operate at a voltage of 380 V, while the power of the vibropress electric drives is 3.1 kW. The vibropress for blocks is distinguished by compact dimensions (with a weight of 500 kg, the dimensions of the machine are 230 * 110 * 165 cm), so it will be enough to allocate an area of 15-20 sq.m. for the entire production process. If necessary, the block making machine can be easily transported from one construction site to another, which makes it as convenient as possible. Instead of standard damping springs, vibropress machines are equipped with an innovative system of rubber cushions - this makes it possible to significantly reduce the noise effect from the operation of the vibrator.
