VL-023 is designed for priming metal surfaces, for protecting metal during interoperational storage, and is also capable of replacing the processes of phosphating and oxidation. Approved for use in shipbuilding and ship repair
The use of primers increases the anti-corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the coating. As a shop primer, the two-layer coating protects metal for up to 6 months. Coatings with primers are covered with materials such as PF, GF, EF, EP, FL, KhV, KhS, AS, AK, NTs, KO, etc. Welding and cutting of metal protected by primers are allowed.
