Dedicated to the German wrestler Werner Seelenbinder, a member of the German Communist Party. During the Second World War he was a liaison officer for international democratic organizations and carried out extensive anti-fascist work in Nazi Germany. Thrown into a concentration camp by the Gestapo, Werner organized an underground communist center there. In 1944 he was executed by the Nazis.
