We pump foam into the walls of apartments, houses, industrial facilities. Foam fills all the voids and cracks in the walls under high pressure through 10mm holes in brick, concrete, wood. Penoizol is ideal for repairing the heat-insulating layer. Our mobile equipment based on German technologies and components, as well as extensive experience, allows us to pump all cavities and cracks in apartments and houses with a thickness of 1 mm or more with foam, while after filling the voids, the foam does not expand further and does not violate the integrity and appearance of the walls . Foam-based insulation is most effective when filling: - the gap between the facing brick and the bearing wall of the building (typical gaps are 1-10 cm), - the voids from the settled mineral wool, - the cavities from the polystyrene / mineral wool destroyed by rodents in the wall, - the cracks from the foam plastic poorly laid by the builders /mineral wool (ventilated gaps 1-3 cm between the main wall and insulation) in the outer walls of apartments and houses, - brick masonry, - ventilated cavities between facing bricks and gas / foam concrete blocks or timber (typical cavities 1-10 cm wide), - walls of panel apartments and houses with bulk expanded clay / slag - pumping the wall with foam is carried out under high pressure of 3-5 atmospheres, the foam envelops the expanded clay balls / slag, which makes it possible to eliminate the blowing of expanded clay and freezing of the wall, condensate and mold on the walls are eliminated, - wall spaces adjacent neighboring apartments to improve sound insulation (a 10 cm layer of foam insulation dampens noise by 30 dB), - old blown brick walls walls of apartments and houses with crumbled or poorly made cement-sand masonry during the construction, penoizol eliminates blowing between the bricks of the masonry, foam under high pressure fills all the cracks (the width of the cracks and cracks in the main brick wall of a typical "Stalinka" / "Khrushchevka" from 1mm to 15mm) in the masonry, the wall becomes monolithic, the temperature of the wall rises, the condensate disappears and due to this, mold on the walls is eliminated - frame country buildings with a settled / missing layer of mineral wool. After carrying out the work, the enclosing structures begin to work as it was envisaged by the original project. Penoizol “breathes”, thanks to structural micro capillaries, it draws out excess moisture from wooden structures and internal walls, dries building structures, preventing rotting and mold, does not burn, is not toxic. 10 cm of penoizol replaces: 17 cm of mineral wool, 50 cm of aerated concrete block or 75 cm of expanded clay. We fill voids and cavities without destroying the cladding of the building. When drilling holes in the inter-brick joints of the masonry, the brick does not suffer. the diameter of the drill is slightly thicker than a simple pencil - 10mm. After the work, the holes are sealed with cement mortar with anti-frost additives, and in wooden walls they are sealed with oak / beech wooden dowels.
