ROBUST-A 131.9 – hot melt adhesive
ROBUST-A 131.9 – EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) based hot melt adhesive for gluing straight and curved edges.

How to use: For best results, the materials to be bonded must be clean and dry, and the surfaces must be free of dust and grease. The temperature of the surfaces to be bonded should not differ from room temperature (18-22°C). Glue can be applied both to the edging material and to the product (chipboard, MDF, etc.). The resulting material is immediately ready for further processing and/or transport. Incorrect or unevenly distributed roller pressure can cause poor adhesion. During breaks in work, it is recommended to reduce the temperature in the glue tank by 30 - 40°C in order to avoid degradation of the glue. If there are particles of overheated or charred glue in the tank, they must be removed before adding glue to the tank. Do not mix with other adhesives
Packing and storage:
Bags of 25 kg.
Store in a cool dry place.
The glue is not flammable, not sensitive to freezing.
Use the oldest batches of the product first.
Shelf life is at least 18 months.
