TOO "Avangard Karaganda" offers the service "Floor on the balcony".

We make the floor as follows: we lay the beams, cover them with a moisture-resistant OSB board on top.

The cost of the floor on standard balconies in Karaganda:
- 3-meter balcony - 30,500 tenge;
- 4.5-meter balcony - 50,000 tenge;
- 6-meter balcony - 53,500 tenge;
If floor insulation is required, we can lay foam plastic for an additional fee.
