We make the floor as follows: we lay beams and cover the top with a moisture-resistant OSB board.

Cost of flooring for standard balconies in Karaganda:
-3 meter balcony – 30,500 tenge;
-4.5 meter balcony – 50,000 tenge;
-6 meter balcony – 53500 tenge;
If floor insulation is necessary, we can lay polystyrene foam for an additional fee.
The price is valid as of November 2023.
