Our team of experienced craftsmen will professionally and quickly install the flooring on your balcony.

The flooring process consists of:
- laying wooden logs;
- foam insulation (optional);
- flooring slabs with moisture-resistant OSB.

The cost of this service for standard balcony sizes:
- 3-meter balcony – 30,500 tenge;
- 4.5-meter balcony – 50,000 tenge;
- 6-meter balcony – 53,500 tenge.
The price is valid as of November 2023.
Our prices are fixed and do not change after the surveyor arrives.

If you need to lay out linoleum, then you will need to purchase it yourself, based on your wishes for texture and color,
our workers will put it in for 2000 tenge.
