The ceiling covering on the balcony can be made of different materials: sandwich panels (white plastic), PVC panels and MDF panels (various colors). The cost depends on the choice of materials.
Price for finishing the ceiling on a balcony of various sizes:
- 3 meter balcony – 25,000 tenge (from sandwich panels), 37,700 tenge (from PVC or MDF panels);
- 4.5 meter balcony – 31,000 tenge (from sandwich panels), 43,000 tenge (from PVC or MDF panels);
- 6 meter balcony – 37,000 tenge (from sandwich panels), 48,000 tenge (from PVC or MDF panels).
You can also insulate the ceiling if the ceiling is covered with PVC or MDF panels.
The price is valid as of November 2023.
