Priming enamel SBE-111 "UNIPOL"® grade V-SE

Primer-enamel SBE-111 "UNIPOL"® V-SE grade is designed to create a coating that does not require preliminary application of primer and provides long-term protection against corrosion of steel structures and equipment operated in open atmosphere areas with temperate, cold, tropical sea, temperate -cold maritime climates. It is also recommended for the protection of steel structures and equipment operating under conditions of immersion in water or buried in the soil. The coating is recommended to protect the aboveground and underground parts of steel piles, including those operated in the seasonally thawed (seasonally frozen) layer, permafrost soils. The coating has anti-heaving properties, because. provides a 41-60% reduction in the freezing forces of a steel pile with sandy, clayey frozen or freezing soils, as well as a cement-sand mixture. It is resistant to abrasion loads. Primer-enamel is applied at ambient temperature from -10°C to +35°C and high relative humidity. The coating is resistant to elevated temperatures up to 150°C.
