Cutting complex "PIRANHA" for gas block and foam block

The cutting unit PIRANHA (hereinafter referred to as RU) is designed for longitudinal and transverse cutting of aerated concrete massif. The unit is able to simultaneously divide the array into the required number of blocks of a given geometry with a saw frame. In the process of sawing, the array is fixed on a trolley moving in a horizontal plane. The structural elements of the installation themselves remain static, which means they are guaranteed to be verified. Vertical cuts are carried out by smoothly lowering the saw frame onto the array, which divides it into several parts. Their number varies from twelve to twenty-four. Then the array, by the force of the pusher, runs into the frame of the horizontal cut, which simultaneously performs horizontal cuts, removing the top and completing the block formation process. One operator manages the process of cutting aerated concrete. Its functionality includes the selection of the necessary parameters for cutting the gas block, their setting on the control panel, and the implementation of general control of the cut.
