Beta tempering enrobing machines are designed to automate the tempering of chocolate crystallization. The volume of the chocolate melting bowl is 60 kg. The bowl is equipped with a stirrer that mixes the chocolate and prevents it from hardening.
All machine functions are controlled using a touch control panel via an electronic controller.
The standard equipment of the machine includes: a glazing conveyor with a mesh belt, adjustable up to 4 m/min, a roller for removing excess chocolate from the bottom of the product, a shaker for the mesh belt, a blower for removing excess chocolate from the surface of the products.
The machine is easy to disassemble for maintenance.
