2. Longitudinally and transversely fed wire is pre-straightened and cut. The longitudinal wire, fed by a servo drive, moves the resulting mesh automatically.
3. The force on the welding mechanism is transmitted from the electric motor, so that the pressure on the welding electrodes is easily controlled. The cross wire is fed from a universal hopper, which is ten times larger than a conventional wire feeder, and can handle up to 1t at a time.
4. This equipment also has a wire tool tray, which makes the operation more convenient. The welding unit of the machine has elastic hoppers that allow you to use the welding electrode for a longer time. The car works on technology of electric synchronous control.
5. Welding process and welding time are set by PLC system. The input panel is a touch screen, which makes machine programming more logical and intelligent.
6. This year, we started to apply water-cooled transformers. These transformers are equipped with a cooling unit and a heat dissipation system to remove excess heat in a timely manner. Despite the fact that the diameter of the machine became larger, this did not affect its performance.
