Rent a chair to a hairdresser 40 000

I rent a place for a hairdresser in a beauty studio. The studio is located in the business center. Preferably with a client base. Basically I'm looking for a good partner who I can rely on to work as a hairdresser in my absence. The chair and assistant are new, as is the studio.
