We are seeking an executive assistant for our office.

Key responsibilities:

- Carrying out executive orders;

- Organizing and coordinating current work tasks;

- Handling incoming and outgoing information;

- Receiving and processing phone calls and messages;

- Conducting business correspondence;

- Working with documents and internal documentation;

- Organizing meetings and work events;

- Interacting with employees and partners;

- Monitoring the completion of assigned tasks;

- Maintaining and organizing work data;

- Preparing necessary information and reports for the executive;

- Complying with internal work procedures and company standards.

Requirements:

- Responsibility and diligence;

- Organized and attentive;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;

- Ability to work with information and documents;

- Confident in using a telephone, instant messaging app, and a computer;

- Willingness to learn and develop within the context of the job.

Terms and Conditions:

- in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- 5/2 work schedule;

- in rare cases, a customized schedule may be available by mutual agreement;

- timely payment;

- salary and compensation terms will be discussed during the interview;

- salary will be transferred to a Halyk Bank card;
