Therapeutic massage is designed to maintain the physiological health of the spine and back muscles. The course of procedures allows you to eliminate pain, normalize metabolism in soft and cartilaginous tissues, strengthen and tone the entire body. The general sequence of the massage is as follows: the muscles are warmed up with kneading movements, then spasmodic areas are worked out by pressing and patting, rubbing. The duration of the procedure is 1 hour 20 minutes. I work for departure by appointment. Certificates are available. There are no intimate services.
