Basics of nutrition according to Chinese traditional medicine
Practical classes and meditations
Methods of self-healing
On Sunday, after the end of classes, a tea ceremony.
Conditions of participation:
Saturday (one day): 4,000 tenge
Saturday and Sunday (two days): 6,000 tenge
(Sunday is a continuation of Saturday, not a repeat of the program.)
