Factory of granite products

Location: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty region, in close proximity to Almaty.
The area of industrial premises is 7,293.3 sq.m., the area of land plots is 1.2845 hectares.
The plant was founded on the basis of a stone processing plant of the Union (USSR) significance, and produces products from granite.
Manufactured products:
• Plates for facing walls, floors, facades;
• Steps, window sills, tables and countertops, bar counters of various shapes and configurations;
• Architectural and building products;
• Memorial products, monuments, tombstones;
• Paving stones and side stone;
• Slabs of various shapes and sizes, both for finishing sidewalks, paths, open terraces, and for paving driveways and roads with high traffic intensity
Productive capacity:
16,000 sq. m cut - semi-finished product per month;
13,000 sq. m of finished products per month.
The most important feature of the Plant is the full cycle of production of granite tiles - from four own granite quarries to the production of final products.
An exclusive feature of the Plant is its equipping with Italian equipment of Simec and GMM companies.
The production facilities of the Plant are represented by modern equipment from leading Western companies, including:
• 6 multi-disc stone sawing machines;
• 2 grinding and polishing lines;
• 1 slab polishing line;
• 2 sawing machines with cutter diameter 3500 mm;
• 2 milling and edging machines;
• 2 machines for the production of paving stones;
• 1 line for heat treatment of granite;
• 1 line for polishing the end part of the slab and making a figured chamfer
Auxiliary shops:
• Workshop for soldering diamond tools on automatic equipment;
• Locksmith shop;
• Turning shop with the necessary machines and equipment;
• Electrical shop
Available:
• 5 overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 25 tons each;
• Quarry equipment and buildings;
• Access to recycled water.
