The Abat KPEM-160/9-T cooking kettle is designed for preparing second and third courses, broths, sauces and desserts, as well as for boiling water in food industry and catering establishments. The model is equipped with a mechanical control panel and a drain cock, allowing the finished product to be drained, and height-adjustable legs. The structure and the cooking vessel are made of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304.
