Synchronous Drive Shaft Control Technologies
The machine uses 50mm drive shafts on both the folding beams and the moving of the top beams. There are a total of 6 drive shafts in the promotional series. The drive shaft ensures parallelism of the beams, which is excellent for forming radius parts and long-term use of the machine. Torsion bar driveshafts eliminate the "twist" that can occur over time due to hydraulic cylinders fighting each other's force. Drive shafts allow higher speeds. All shafts rotate on sealed spherical bearings for smooth, synchronized movement. No sudden movements of any axis during forming.
