Polymeric powder painting of metal.

Our company offers services for painting metal products with powder and liquid spray paints, followed by drying in chambers. We have a wide range of RAL colors available (about 250). In our work we use paints of well-known, well-established manufacturers. Much attention is paid to the preparation of the surface of products before applying powder paint (removal of dirt, old paint and rust, washing and degreasing of painted parts), which can significantly improve the anti-corrosion properties and durability of the coating. The applied layer of paint at normal temperature dries very slowly - within 24-4-8 hours, therefore, to speed up the drying process and improve the quality of the coating, we use drying chambers equipped with heating devices, installations for air circulation and removal of solvent vapors.
