Brick house built in 1987, 2nd floor out of 5, improved, 2 north-south balconies, high-speed internet optics, cable TV, etc. Own large storage room in the basement (220 V racks). I am changing for a decent house in the city or a three-room apartment + SUPPLEMENT P.S. I will consider all options! I don’t consider Tolebi below.
