How does treatment begin?
Questioning, diagnostics, recommendations before and after the procedure, then massage to relax the body, then manual therapy itself. Follow the link below for a video review of how I conduct manual therapy.
How to prepare for manual therapy?
Two hours before the procedure, eat, shower and dress warmly.
Report all existing diseases and medications taken.
Wear stretchable clothing, or better yet, take a change of stretchable clothing with you.
The problem with the spine is associated with poor blood circulation and malfunction of internal organs. Bloodletting (hijama or leeches) and visceral massage before or after manual therapy, coupled with manual therapy, better treat spinal pain.

Ps. If you find cheaper prices, then ask the master four questions: His course of treatment is how many sessions, maybe 3 or more?
Manual therapy is not a gentle influence, it requires that the patient’s body be as relaxed as possible, what does the master do for this?
Look at the video reviews of his chiropractic session, how much work is done, working every bone and joint from the top of the head to the toes or just two or three places throughout the body?
The spine doesn’t just hurt and won’t get sick, it’s connected to the internal organs. Does he explain where the cause is, in which internal organ, how to complete the treatment, or does he just straighten the curved spine and that’s where the whole treatment ends?
