Purpose and area of application: PARQUET VARNISH GOODHIM TEXTURE 220 is a quick-drying, colorless, wear-resistant varnish based on alkyd-urethane resin for indoor use. It is intended for protective and decorative varnishing of parquet and wooden floors with normal and high operational load, as well as for covering walls, furniture, stairs and other wooden surfaces. Forms a high-strength wear-resistant coating that is resistant to water and household detergents. Preserves and emphasizes the natural structure of wood. It is allowed to use outdoors in the absence of direct exposure to moisture and precipitation. Note! Mixtures of the alkyd-urethane group are not intended for surface treatment in saunas, baths and other rooms subject to excessive moisture. Main properties: The mixture is easy to apply and evenly distributed over the surface. Priming of the surface is not required before applying varnish to a previously varnished surface. High decorative qualities. Dries quickly. High elasticity of the coating, the material is not subject to cracking when the dimensions of the wooden product change. Washes well with soap and other detergents. Forms a durable, elastic, impact-resistant and wear-resistant coating that is resistant to fats, tea, coffee, alcohol and other products. Forms a transparent glossy film after polymerization How to use: The surface to be treated must be dry and clean, free from fungal infections (blue, mold), dirt, tar, and grease. If there are fungal infections on the wood, remove them with GOODHIM DW WOOD BLEACHER If the wood is hardwood, soak it with White Spirit solvent. We treat rough places with water from a spray bottle. When the surface dries, we grind it to remove the raised wood fibers. After grinding the surface, remove dust with a vacuum cleaner. Dust should be removed not only from the floor, but also from all nearby areas: heating battery, baseboards, window sills, etc. Do not allow chips or dust to fall on a floor that has not dried from varnish! We wipe the wood with a clean, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. If the surface was previously varnished, we check the paintwork materials for compatibility: we do a trial painting on a small area. Please note: the final color of the coating depends both on the type of wood and on the number of applied layers of paintwork material. Before use, stir the varnish well so as to avoid bubbling. The optimum temperature for applying the composition is from 10 to 25 degrees above zero, and the humidity can range from 40 to 75%. The maximum allowable wood moisture content is 18%.
