The Apach AD46M convection oven is designed

The Apach AD46M convection oven is designed for baking or heating confectionery and bakery products, ready meals, frozen or pre-proofed dough blanks in a proofing cabinet at catering and trade establishments. The chamber is illuminated by a halogen lamp. The chamber is easy to clean thanks to the rounded corners. The body is made of stainless steel, the door is made of double tempered glass.
The delivery set includes 2 baking sheets measuring 600x400 mm.
It is recommended to additionally purchase a water softener and a filter system for cleaning and softening water.
