The first part is a presentation of the basic data on the general adaptation syndrome, the essence of the biological concept of stress - the meaning of the phenomenon itself and the main stages of its study. In the second part, the author offers his “code of conduct” – a system of ethical principles that define the meaning of life and what principles should be followed in order to realize one’s innate potential.
