The UNOX CHEFTOP-X XEDA-1011-EXRS combi steamer is designed for preparing various dishes, baking bread and pastries in catering and retail establishments, bakeries, and pastry shops. This model features an ultra-bright capacitive control panel, a dual LED panel with adjustable warm and cool light, a built-in DET&Rinser detergent dispenser, an ion-exchange filter to prevent scale buildup, and a drip tray integrated into the door. The body and chamber are made of stainless steel.
Gastronorm containers are not included and must be purchased separately.
