The NexStar SLT series telescopes are a new generation of computer-controlled telescopes aimed at beginner astronomers. These telescopes are equipped with automatic pointing and tracking technology for celestial objects, an intuitive control system and additional components ready for immediate use. After a simple computer-guided setup (you don't even need to know the names of the stars!) the telescope will automatically point to an object that you select from the included database, saving you the hassle of wasting time checking with star maps!
