Customer Service Manager required

In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for an active and goal-oriented Customer Service Manager, who will become an important part of our team and help us strengthen relationships with existing customers and attract new ones.
Responsibilities:
• Support and development of long-term relationships with customers.
• Consulting customers on the company's products and services.
• Processing incoming requests and helping to resolve issues that arise.
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations of products.
• Participation in the development of commercial proposals.
• Analyzing customer needs and offering the most suitable solutions.
• Collecting feedback and working on its improvement.
Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably in economics, marketing or management).
• Experience in sales or customer service (from 1 year).
• Ability to establish contact and find a common language with different people.
• Responsibility, activity and focus on results.
• Confident PC and office software skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
