Gas ducts made of polymer-composite materials

Composite gas duct systems are used to remove hot acidic vapors and gases from furnaces and process equipment. The gas duct can be manufactured in various sections with a diameter of up to 4 meters, various lengths up to 12 meters with transitions from a round section to a square one. The system can also be equipped with umbrellas, repair hatches, sampling pipes, etc. The section connection method can be flanged, socket-type, or by molding. The use of composite gas ducts ensures reliable ventilation that meets the necessary requirements of a specific project, and given the reduction in installation and subsequent operation costs, fiberglass compares favorably with alternative traditional materials.
