Carrying out a complex of construction works in accordance with specified criteria + measures to improve their quality
2. Control of all work performed and the condition of tools and equipment (daily acceptance of work at all stages)
3. Schedule planning and management of masters
4. Development of technical specifications
5. Carrying out economic and technical calculations in order to comply with the project budget
6. Providing the work site with appropriate materials, special equipment, etc.
7. Maintaining appropriate document flow, both internal and external.
8. Maintaining general reporting (tracking the work of craftsmen in it)
9. Organization of interaction processes with other departments of the company, partners, contractors to perform the required work.
10. Monitoring compliance with technical and fire safety standards, labor discipline, and sanitation.
11. Detailed study and development of project documentation.
12. Responsibility for timely photo/video reporting
13. Motivating craftsmen to engage in training and advanced training
14. Submission of work to construction control, etc.
