Anyone who wants to relieve muscle tension, reduce body stiffness, improve the general condition of the body, as well as try something new for themselves, Arkada Sports Club is waiting for an open stretching workout. Classes are suitable for any level of flexibility, regardless of gender and age.

Directions:

Stretching - complex stretching of the whole body. So that the posture is even, the movements are plastic, the muscles are free from clamps and hyper-tonicity.

Twine - the name speaks for itself, the development of longitudinal and transverse twine. No pain and with the right technique.
