We sell industrial oil mist filters of the ME-32 series (MistEliminator) from the manufacturer PLYMOVENT. Available 3 pcs. New packaged complete set + documentation.
Stationary filter units ME-32 are designed primarily to capture oil mists generated during the machining of metals that use oil or high-viscosity emulsions.
Areas of use:
• Cutting, drilling, sharpening using various metalworking tools and CNC machines
• Cold stamping and pressing processes
• Processes of hardening and grinding of metal using coolant
Model ME-32 has a 5-stage filtration system. Fifth stage: HEPA filter. It is used preferably in cases where purified air after the filter is returned to the work area.
Features and Benefits
• Designed for daily work in 1-2 shifts (for processes of low and medium intensity)
• Suitable for processes where the coolant may be contaminated with metal dust and burnt oil clumps
• Suitable for combined (dry and coolant) metal processing processes
• Can be used for processes using oils having a flash point below 150°C (300°F)
• Used for processes with a maximum initial oil concentration of 30-40 mg/m3
• Main filters are equipped with clogging indicators
• It is possible to install the fan directly on the filter
• Mechanism for quick replacement of replaceable filter elements
• Two inlets for alternative duct connections
Main elements and their purpose:
1. Input module - A preseparator that separates large particles of contaminants from the air flow before entering the filter.
2. Hydrofilter - A filter for separating oil droplets from the air and coalescing oil mist into droplets.
3. Aluminum prefilter - Filter for separating large solid particles from the filtered air
4. Bag filter - Main filtration filter
5. HEPA filter - For final filtration.
