PEB250+ manual edgebanding machine with electronic temperature and speed control.
A new generation edgebanding tool. The machine is designed for gluing edge materials such as PVC, ABS, melamine, plastic and natural veneer. PEB250+ allows you to process curved (both concave and convex), round and rectilinear parts with a height of 10 to 62 mm with an edge material thickness of 0.4 to 3 mm. The machine is very practical and can be used in a small workshop. The manual machine also has the ability to work with a suspension. The glue bath with a Teflon® coating has an increased capacity of 230 cm³. Simple, convenient and fast adjustment to the thickness of the used edge, automatic feeding of the edge material with a guide system for positioning the edge on the feed roller and a motorized pressure roller - provide fast and high-quality gluing of the edge material to the workpiece. The machine is equipped with electronic temperature control with precise maintenance of the set value and step speed control from 2 to 6 m / min. This allows the machine to use a wider range of adhesives to improve the quality of gluing the edge. The adjustment mechanism allows you to change the thickness of the applied adhesive layer. The tool is equipped with a self-monitoring system and informs the user about the need for this or that type of maintenance.
