Compound Filler

A large plant producing electronic equipment invites a compound filler to work!

Terms:
• Work at a manufacturing plant in Ryazan
• Shift work method 60/30, etc.
• Direct employer
• Official employment, according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
• Work schedule 6/1, 11-hour working day
• Hourly wage - 500 rubles/hour, from 143,000 - 171,600 rubles/month (night shifts with an increased coefficient of 600 rubles/hour are possible)
• Comfortable housing is provided at the expense of the company (an apartment for several people)
• We compensate for travel after the completed business trip.

Responsibilities:
• Manual application of compound to the surface of simple parts
• Processing, cleaning and degreasing the surface with acetone or gasoline
• Sealing devices by gluing with special resins. Drying in a thermostat
• Checking the filling by appearance
• Preparing molds for filling, washing molds in gasoline, lubricating them with a water-repellent liquid
• Calcination of molds in a thermostat
• Control of casting molds and other devices that affect the quality of filling

Requirements:
Must know:
• Name and purpose of the most important parts and the operating principle of the equipment being serviced
• Composition and properties of compounds, glass cement and materials used for filling and making sealing mass
• Basic properties of epoxy resins, dibutyl phthalate, polyethylene polyamine, acetone, gasoline and rules for using them
• Storage conditions for varnishes, compounds and glass cement; technological process of pouring
• Pouring methods
• Drying mode of blanks and parts with applied coating
• Types of defects and methods of their elimination
• Rules for checking the quality of sealing
Experience in similar work from 2 years, possibly with training
